Do I need to select a battery tray separately when buying a battery?
No. The battery tray is included automatically with the battery. However, the tray is shipped separately from the battery, so the two items may arrive at different times.
Which batteries do these trays fit, and which tray should I select?
These trays are designed to fit both the Renogy Mini 200Ah and Renogy Mini 300Ah batteries because both batteries have the same footprint. Select the Renogy Mini battery tray for either battery.
Are your battery trays suitable for 4WDs and camping?
Our trays are designed for practical portable power setups, including 4WDs, touring vehicles, camping, and off-grid applications. Always check the available space and mounting requirements before installation.
Do you ship within Australia?
Yes. We ship Australia-wide. Typical shipping time for batteries is 5–7 days, depending on your location, although delivery may take longer in some areas. Batteries are shipped using specialised transport. Battery trays are shipped separately, so they will arrive at a different time.
How long does it take to ship a battery tray?
Our battery trays are made to order and handcrafted rather than mass-produced. They are dispatched in a batch every Thursday and generally take approximately 5 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept bank transfers only. This helps us save on card-processing fees and pass those savings on to our customers. Payment details are located at the bottom of the invoice.
